PraiseCrate ("we", "us") operates https://praisecrate.pages.dev. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights — including those under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
What we collect
- Account data: your email address (magic-link login).
- Service data: the content you create or send through the product (testimonial submissions (text, name, role, optional photo URL) and your account email).
- Usage counters: request/event volumes used to enforce plan limits.
- Technical logs: IP address and user-agent in security logs, retained 90 days.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, sell data, or fingerprint visitors.
Why we process it
To provide the service you signed up for (performance of contract), keep it secure (legitimate interest), bill via our payment processor, and send service emails. Marketing emails are opt-in only.

Retention
Service data is kept while your account is active. On deletion request we erase within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax/compliance (billing records, 8 years per Indian tax law).
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, grievance, and nomination (DPDP Act) — plus GDPR-equivalent rights if you are in the EU/UK. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or under 18 without guardian consent where local law requires).
Changes
